Kick Aging Bad Habits To The Curb


Stress always seems to find its way back into our lives. The moment you think you have everything under control, another thing happens. I just finished my Junior year of college and I do not know how next year can be any harder. I felt as if I was going to have a nervous breakdown every other day. People can tell you to calm down all they want but it just stresses you out more. I am a natural worrier and tend to stress the small stuff. This can be considered a bad habit in my book.

Stress is just one known factor that can harm our bodies. I wanted to share this article below because I believe that it is rather helpful in pin-pointing some habits that are not always recognized as harmful to ourselves. Hopefully this gives my readers a new perspective on bad habits and how to change them. Pictured above are some ways that I can kick my stress.
